MELARECON products

The MELARECON can be configured from various components according to your needs. Here is an overview of the individual components:

DIN rail housing

MELARECON Mainboard

The mainboard is the heart of the MELARECON. It takes over the tasks of SPS, HMI and gateway for the connection to SolidBlue.

MELARECON Display

MELARECON Display

Capacitive 10-point multi-touch display with a screen diagonal of 10.1″. This can be connected directly to the MELARECON mainboard. This enables operation directly on the system or machine.

More information

D-IN-16 on DIN rail housing

MELARECON D-IN-16

Modules for acquiring 16 digital inputs. The input voltage is potential isolated and thus enables the acquisition of signals between 5-24V DC.

More information

R-OUT-16 on DIN rail housing

MELARECON R-OUT-16

Allows the output of 16 digital outputs. This is a relay output card for AC and DC voltages.

More information

A-IN-16 on DIN rail housing

MELARECON A-IN-16

These modules are suitable for acquiring up to 16 analog inputs. The input signals can be 0..10V, 0..20mA, resistors or PT1000 temperature sensors.

More information

W-IN-1 on DIN rail housing

MELARECON W-IN-1

Modules for recording load cells. Up to five load cells can be connected to the module. It has two channels for measuring the voltage on the strain gauge (-20..20mV) and the reference voltage (0..10V).

More information

A-OUT-16 on DIN rail housing

MELARECON A-OUT-16

A module for the output of analog signals in the 0..10V format.

More information

MELARECON 16RKH

MELARECON 16RKH

Modules for outputting 16 digital outputs. This is a relay output card for AC and DC voltages. Both the normally open and the changeover contact are brought out on these modules. Each channel also has an manual operation switch.

More information

Manual control panel 16HBM

MELARECON 16HBM

Manual control module with 16 channels for direct access to the system/machine without having to open the control cabinet door. Each channel can be labeled using slide-in labels. One LED per output shows the current state.
