Screen mirroring optimization

SolidBlue allows you to view the screen of your MELARECON devices live. Direct operation of the screen is also supported. Above all, this type supports the service staff in being able to help the customer more quickly and effectively on site, since they can more easily understand the customer’s problems and procedures.

In the latest update of SolidBlue, this dialog has been significantly improved. Previously, the screen image was displayed in the same resolution as the screen on site. This has now been optimized so that the display now adapts to the operator’s screen. The full screen is now also displayed on mobile devices. In addition, zoom functions have been implemented in order to be able to enlarge the image on small screens. Touch gestures such as swiping from bottom to top or from left to right are now also taken into account. Two-finger zoom gesture controls for zooming in and out have also been added.
