SolidBlue: Open data interface

SolidBlue: Open data interface

Logistics stakes around animal nutrition

Solidblue has an open data interface (API), which can be used to receive, save, display and evaluate data of any kind. This means that you have all your data on one platform and do not have to constantly switch between the individual providers. In this article, I would like to show you a concrete example of the possibilities that arise from this.

Nanolike aims to become a global leader of IoT logistics optimization and supply chain automation for IBC, silos and tanks.

With Nanolike’s solution, a sensor is simply installed on the frame of the silo. Sensor installation and setup takes about 30 minutes. A battery-operated transmitter wirelessly transmits the fill level measured on the sensor to the Nanolike cloud. Here, the received value is processed using AI (artificial intelligence) and displayed via a web platform or mobile app. Nanolike offers freely configurable dashboard functionalities on which tables with stock forecasts and diagrams can be displayed. An integrated alarm system notifies the user via e-mail and/or push message if the fill level falls below a limit. Last but not least, Nanolike also offers an extensive feed ordering system directly on the web platform and in the app.

Data interface to SolidBlue

With the universal API from SolidBlue and the already existing and automated data export function of the Nanolike platform, it was easy to display the silo levels on our platform to the associated customer.

Notifications

SolidBlue also makes it possible to use the existing alarm system to inform the user via e-mail and/or push message if a silo falls below an adjustable limit.
