We report on the successful implementation of a monitoring project using our MELARECON and the SolidBlue platform. In addition, the controller takes on control tasks and uses CANopen as a bus system to connect a wide variety of sub-distributions. By using schedulers and production templates, the system can now automatically make the appropriate preparations for the successful start of production.

Measured values received from the MELARECON devices can be conveniently analyzed. SolidBlue enables the display of a wide variety of measured values from all connected devices in one chart. It is also possible to display measured value data from different time periods in one diagram.
Measured values are stored both locally on the MELARECON and on SolidBlue. The measured values to be recorded can be changed and expanded at any time via an Excel interface. You can find out how this all works in this article.
